Community Candlelight Vigil in Honour of Jana Armstrong 🕯️

Protea Place, together with the Toowoomba Regional Council, warmly invites our community to come together for a candlelight vigil to honour the life of Jana Armstrong.

In the face of heartbreaking loss, we gather not only to remember Jana, but to surround her family, her friends, and her beloved little son with our love, compassion, and support. Together, we will create a space for reflection, remembrance, and unity.

This vigil is also an opportunity to honour the lives of all those who have been lost to violence and to reaffirm our shared commitment to raising awareness, fostering compassion, and working towards a future where every person can live free from fear and harm.

Whether you knew Jana personally or simply wish to stand alongside a grieving community, your presence matters.

Please bring a LED/Solar candle (NO LIVE FLAMES PLEASE) and join us as we stand together in hope, remembrance, and solidarity. Please wear a touch of green, Jana’s favourite colour, if you wish 💚
