What an absolutely extraordinary day !
The first cohort of Our Bloom work readiness program participants have GRADUATED 💫
17 weeks of growing skills, confidence and finding their path 🩷🩷🩷
The success stories flowed …..
From being on Centrelink to now working full time at Centrelink at 65 years young ✅
4 participants have been put forward for employment at Grand Central ✅
And another of our graduates has secured employment at Vanguard Laundry. ✅
6 of our graduates are stepping into further study, taking on their Certificate III in Community Services, Certificate IV in Mental Health, and a range of other courses at TAFE ✅
Three graduates are committed to volunteering with Hope for Children, and another three are continuing to share their time and hearts by volunteering right here with us at The Apiary. ✅
But most importantly, beyond these career and study paths, something even more powerful has happened. Women have reclaimed their self-worth. They now stand tall, step forward, and face the world with strength and purpose. That inner transformation is the greatest achievement of all. 💫
