What an incredible Wednesday evening it was for everyone at Protea Place. 💜
Our night began with the honour of being named a finalist in the Business Excellence Awards in the Community & Not-for-Profit category. To be recognised alongside so many outstanding organisations doing remarkable work across our region was incredibly humbling, and we are so proud of our team and everyone who has been part of our journey.

Then it was a quick jog across the street to the
Toowoomba North Rotary Club dinner, where we were absolutely blown away by an extraordinary donation of $20,000 as part of their David Hack Classic fundraiser.
To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement.
This generous contribution will make a genuine difference in the lives of women who turn to Protea Place for safety, support and hope. It is a powerful reminder that when a community comes together, incredible things happen.

These were two phenomenal moments in one phenomenal evening, made possible by a phenomenal community.
